Acronotella
Simple, unbordered Ostracoda with long hinge and produced dorsal extremities, crossed obliquely by a sharp sulcus dividing the larger, evenly convex anterior part from the smaller, more compressed posterior side. A low node lies just beneath the middle of the sulcus, and beneath this and close to the ventral edge is a thick spine (Bassler and Kellett, 1934)
